This term, the children have explored the poetry of Michael Rosen and Benjamin Zephaniah and emulated their styles of writing to create their own rhythmic poems.  Currently, we are writing a magical story based on Morgan and his Magical Maths Underpants. Later in the term, we will be inspired by the book Meerkat Mail. The children will write a non-chronological report about meerkats.
